Privacy Policy

This policy describes what TerbiumSEO (“we”, “us”) collects, why, and how it is handled when you use terbiumseo.com and the TerbiumSEO application (the “Service”).

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and Google account email.
  • Site data: domains you connect, brand-voice notes, and content we generate for you.
  • CMS credentials: if you connect WordPress, we store the application password you provide, encrypted (AES-256-GCM). We use it only to publish articles you approve.
  • Scan data: when you (or anyone) requests an AI Visibility Score, we fetch publicly available pages of the scanned domain and cache the results.
  • Billing data: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers — only your subscription status and plan.
  • Waitlist emails: if you join the waitlist, we store the email and domain you submitted.

How we use it

  • To provide the Service: generating, scoring, and publishing content, and measuring AI visibility.
  • To send Service-related email (account, billing, product updates you opt into).
  • To prevent abuse of the free scanner (rate limiting, caching).

We do not sell your personal data.

Processors we rely on

  • Supabase (database, authentication)
  • Anthropic (content generation and scoring)
  • OpenAI, Perplexity, Google (AI-visibility measurements, where enabled)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • Cloudflare (hosting, network)
  • Google (optional sign-in)

Content sent to AI providers for generation or measurement is subject to those providers’ API data-usage terms; we use API tiers that do not train on your data.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and its data at any time from the app or by emailing us; deletion removes your sites, credentials, articles, and subscription records within 30 days. Scan caches expire automatically.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we will honor the request.
